Service Description

Memory can last a lifetime, especially with more loved ones! This photo session is designed for a large family photo session or 2 hour small event session, less than 30 people, kid's age 5months and older. Pets are welcome for outdoor sessions! It will be a two hours session, in studio/outdoor, can be at my studio or parks in East Gwillimbury or Newmarket. Travelling fees will be applied for other locations. For small event, additional hour will be $120. You will get to choose 40 digital high resolution images from an online gallery. The price is tax included. No images will be released until Le Photography is paid in full. With this images, the Client may manage and use the image files to produce prints for family and friends, for personal use only. Le Photography is not responsible for printing errors or for quality of prints or products not printed directly by the photographer. Turn around time will be two weeks. Le Photography reserves the right to use the images and/or reproductions for display, publication, or other purposes; including but not limited to use on the Le Photography website (www.lephotography.ca), and Le Photography Facebook page. Facebook.com/yulephotography. If you do not wish to have your family's picture posted on social media, please write it in the message box of the booking form. The Client is responsible for their own safety, the safety of those who accompany them, and the safety of each minor child accompanying them. The Client agrees to retain custody and control of each child at all times during the session to avoid injury. On behalf of themselves and such children, the Client releases Le Photography from all claims and liabilities of any kind. SICK POLICY Le photography has a strict no-sick policy. Clients are required to disclose and reschedule the session if any member of their immediate family is sick or have had a fever or any other symptoms such as cough, runny nose or vomiting in the last 24 hours . To reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. There is no fee to reschedule. SOCIAL DISTANCING 1.I will use a zoom lens to maintain a distance of 6 ft or more when capturing your session outdoors 2.I will be refraining from handshakes and physical contact and will direct you from a safe distance. I will not be able to fix your fair or outfit during the photo shoot. 3.I will also have a mask to use and am happy to wear it for the duration of our time together.
